After a client expressed a desire to shop the thousands of exclusive pieces available only to piercers, Emily had an idea: create a pre-order platform where clients could custom order jewelry from the vast catalogs usually only accessible to professionals. Instead of stocking all available pieces, which could total hundreds of thousands to even millions of dollars in inventory, Emily acts as a middleman, placing pre-orders and shipping directly to clients.
