At Gold Soul Body Jewelry, all products are pre-ordered to ensure you receive the highest quality, custom jewelry from reputable suppliers. Please read below for detailed information about our shipping process and delivery times.
Pre-Order Processing & Vendor Turnaround Times
Once you place a pre-order, we will submit your order to our trusted vendors within 1 week. The production and delivery times vary depending on the supplier. We work with the most renowned manufacturers in the industry, and their turnaround times reflect their commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock with the vendor or becomes unavailable, it may take longer than the estimated timeframe to fulfill your order. In this case, we will reach out to you directly with two options:
1. Receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item(s).
2. Wait for the item to arrive once it becomes available. You can choose whether you want to wait or cancel the item from your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order once all items have arrived and the order is complete. We do not ship incomplete orders. Shipping times vary based on vendor turnaround times and are beyond our control.
In some cases, we may offer split shipping for an additional fee if you would like to receive part of your order early. Contact us to inquire about this option.
Note: Estimated shipping times are subject to change and are provided as a general guideline. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Gold Soul Body Jewelry is not responsible for any production or shipping delays and does not offer refunds, credits, or discounts due to these delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Gold Soul Body Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged in transit. Once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, any loss, damage, or delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier. We offer optional shipping insurance and tracking to help protect your purchase during transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
We are also not responsible for the following:
- Mistakes made by shipping couriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage to orders by the postal service
- PO box delivery issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
If the jewelry is lost or stolen after it has been delivered to the customer, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
If your jewelry arrives broken, we will take it back for inspection and resolution:
- Solid Gold Jewelry: We will accept the item for repair.
- Titanium Jewelry: You can choose either a refund or to have a new item ordered.
Important: We can only accept returns for broken items if the original sealed bag is unopened, ensuring the item was broken before it was opened. If the bag is opened, we cannot accept any jewelry for return or repair, even if it breaks shortly after being received, due to hygienic purposes.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Gold Soul Body Jewelry does not accept returns or provide refunds on pre-ordered items (with the exception of our broken jewelry policy above). Since each piece is custom-ordered specifically for you, all sales are considered final once the order is placed and cannot be canceled or returned, unless otherwise stated in a specific policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer, and Gold Soul Body Jewelry is not liable for any additional fees after shipment.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at goldsoulbodyjewelry@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.
