Electronic Communications
When you use goldsoulbodyjewelry.com or email us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate via email or by posting notices on the website. All agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Pre-Ordered Items
All items available on Gold Soul Body Jewelry are pre-order products, ordered and fulfilled specifically for you from our vendors. Due to the custom nature of our products, pre-ordered items are final sale. There are no cancellations, returns, or modifications once a pre-order has been placed.

If a pre-ordered item is out of stock or becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide the option to either:
1. Receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
2. Wait for the item to arrive when available.

Broken Jewelry Policy
If your jewelry arrives broken, we will take it back for inspection and resolution:
- Solid Gold Jewelry: We will accept the item for repair.
- Titanium Jewelry: You can choose either a refund or to have a new item ordered.

Important: We can only accept returns for broken items if the original sealed bag is unopened, ensuring the item was broken before it was opened. If the bag is opened, we cannot accept any jewelry for return or repair, even if it breaks shortly after being received, due to hygienic purposes.

Lost Items
Gold Soul Body Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged in transit. Once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, any loss, damage, or delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier. We offer optional shipping insurance and tracking to help protect your purchase during transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

We are also not responsible for the following:
- Mistakes made by shipping couriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage to orders by the postal service
- PO box delivery issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

If the jewelry is lost or stolen after it has been delivered to the customer, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Gold Soul Body Jewelry are shipped under a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Payment
When placing a pre-order, you will be charged the full price at the time of ordering. By placing the order, you agree to pay in full for the product. If the price decreases before the item ships, we will refund the difference. If the price increases, particularly for gold products, we will contact you to pay the balance. Should this increase cause an issue, we may allow order cancellation in special cases.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Gold Soul Body Jewelry does not accept returns or provide refunds on pre-ordered items (only exception is our broken jewelry policy). Since each piece is custom-ordered specifically for you, all sales are considered final once the order is placed and cannot be canceled or returned, unless otherwise stated in a specific policy.

Handmade and Custom Jewelry
All jewelry sold by Gold Soul Body Jewelry is custom-made by reputable vendors. While we ensure the highest quality, some variations may occur due to the handmade nature of certain pieces. Please note that body jewelry may appear different in person than in stock photos due to lighting, angles, and material finishes. We are not liable if a customer is unhappy with their purchase for this reason.

Customers are encouraged to research what they are purchasing, including the gauge size, gem rise, and gemstone type. If you're unsure, please email us, and we are happy to assist with any questions before you place your order.

While we are happy to help guide you in selecting the right size and length for your jewelry, please note that doing so virtually is different from an in-person consultation. Since we are unable to see your anatomy in person, we cannot guarantee that the size or length will be a perfect fit, and we are not liable for incorrect sizing.

Licenses and Access
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Gold Soul Body Jewelry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the website. This license does not permit the resale or commercial use of the website or its contents. No product descriptions, listings, or prices may be copied or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.
